Compass Watch

FG icon

With the Compass watch, designer Joel Escalona asks the question “What's the purpose of checking the time?” Time gives us notion and orientation, much like a compass. Both minimalist and powerful, the black dial, with a single blue hand, plays off of the core metaphor of this watch, answering the initial question with another question—where do we want to go and what should we be prioritizing in our life?
