The Grand Tour is the first for Architect Michael Graves. In 1960, before his architecture and product design had made him a household name, Michael Graves set out on a journey once considered essential for a young architect: a Grand Tour of the great monuments of Europe. As a recipient of the prestigious Prix de Rome, Graves traveled through Italy, Greece, Turkey, Spain, England, Germany, and France, studying and recording the masterworks of architecture.

The Grand Tour with its dual time-zone face is designed to keep the international traveler on time no matter where in the world one is headed. Whether it’s for business or for the pleasure of discovering the world’s great architectural treasures.

This watch features a white dial and a burnt orange band. Grand Tour is also available in black.

    Crazy elegance in uncertainties

Awesome product, it was delivered in 26 days to Europe. It has a quality leather straps with qiuck lock, but unfortunately the strap size just too big for 17 cm wrist circumference.

Lovely watch, a bit hard to adjust.

This blue ray came exactly as described and within 5 days in US during severe winter weather. I love it, my only issue is that the watch was very hard to adjust and put on initially. I am familiar with putting on several types of watches but had to watch 2 tutorials and work for 25 minutes to tighten slightly. Overall a wonderful watch!

Michael Graves

About the Creator

Michael Graves

Few are credited with spearheading a single design movement; Michael Graves, well known throughout the world for design excellence, led three. In the 1980s, Michael redirected the architectural conversation away from abstract modernism toward a more humanistic approach to architecture and urban planning, that among other things, brought color and art back into the experience of architecture.

In the 1990s, his partnership with Target defined America's expectation that great design should be available to everyone. And design became a corporate strategy. Over his past decade, Michael became a passionate advocate for the disabled and used the power of design to improve healthcare experiences for patients, families and clinicians.

Michael Graves transformed the role of the architect in society and left the world a better place than he found it. Michael Graves received prestigious awards including the AlA Gold Medal, the National Medal of Arts from President Clinton, The Richard H. Driehaus Prize, and the Topaz Medallion for Excellence in Architectural Education.
